I understand I may be reassigned if staffing needs change

VOLUNTEER AGREEMENT

I understand this is a volunteer position and no compentsation will be provided
I agree to conduct myself professionally and respectfully while representing th event.
I understand that alcohol consumption is prohibited while volunteering
I understand that coled toe shoes are required.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

I grant permission to Events by Mia G, The lincoln potters and event partners to use photographs and video footage taken during the vent for promotional and marketing purposes.

LIABILITY WAIVER

I acknowledge that participation in the Lincoln Beer Festival is voluntary. I assume all risks associated with participation and release and hold harmless Events by Mia G, the Lincoln Potters, the City of Lincoln, sponsors, vendors, volunteers and venue representatives from any claims, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation.

BEVERAGE SERVICE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I understand that only authorized brewery representativesand approved alcohol service personnel may pour or serve alcoholic beverages.
